Events Producer - B2B Manchester (Hybrid) | £27,000 + Bonus

Event Producer sought by a global B2B Media & Events business in Manchester, to play a key role in the development & delivery of their digital event portfolio.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have up to 12-months experience within a commercial environment, have a degree in Events Management (or similar), and a passion to develop their career within the Events Management industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a hugely ambitious business, that have seen lots of growth over the past couple of years, and will offer an opportunity to really progress professionally & personally.

Serve as the main point of contact for digital events and effectively communicate the digital event process, workflow and updates to stakeholders by setting expectations and following up
Preparation of event / webinar documents (invitation templates, agenda and speaker sheets) and outreach materials

Confirm pre-event logistics, including speaker / panel confirmations, technical training schedule and managing access to the event / session access (for webinars).

Be the subject matter expert on digital event technology, make recommendations for improvements

Education within Events Management, and a passion to develop career in the space.
Strong project management capabilities, and experience developing events from start-to-finish.
