Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager - Prison Upgrade Scheme

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for driving impactful change? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead a critical upgrade scheme for a prison facility This contractor is open to providing lodging for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the upgrade project to enhance the infrastructure and facilities of the prison
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project milestones are met
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality results
• Implement risk management strategies and problem-solving approaches to address project challenges

• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects in a Prison/MOJ environment
• Security clearance
• Contractually and commercially aware
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the construction industry
