    About the Role:

    As an Early Years Educator in the Toddlers Room, you will play a vital role in providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for our active toddlers. You will be responsible for:

    • Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that caters to the individual needs of each toddler.
    • Providing sensitive care and support, including toileting routines and encouraging independence.
    • Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
    • Observing and assessing toddlers' progress, documenting their development and maintaining accurate records.
    • Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
    • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room.

    Requirements

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with toddlers or young children.
  • Strong understanding of child development in the early years.
  • Patient, nurturing, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a group of active toddlers and create a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Highly observant and able to identify individual needs and milestones.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
