    The Kentish Town Day Nursery & Preschool who are part of the Family First Group have an Bank Staff Role .

    Within this role you will assist The rooms to help with the day to day life in a nursery and provide care and education for children.

    This role will be 0 hours per week, working varied shift patterns though out the week.

    *As Bank Staff, you will:
    • Assist room leader and other staff members in providing the highest standard of compliance, care, and education for children, and effectively carry out daily operations of the nursery, including positive partnerships with staff and parents.
    • Adhere to all Nursery policies and procedures.
    • Work closely with the Room Leader and other staff members in ensuring a smooth running of the daily routine.
    • Always meet health and safety and environmental health requirements
    • Contribute ideas to planning with stimulating activities, ensuring the children receive high quality of learning and development.
    • Liaise with nursery staff regarding children's specific needs and requirements.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.

    *As Bank Staff, you will need:
    • Fluent in written and spoken English – essential.
    • Level 2 / Level 3 Childcare Qualification - desirable.
    • Over 1 year's experience of working in Early Years – desirable.
    • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable.
    • Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating – desirable.
