    Innovative Learning Technologies Ltd is looking to employ a Sales Executive for Teachermatic, based in the UK. Innovative Learning Technologies Ltd is the employer, is based in the UK and is a 100% subsidiary of Avallain AG.

    About your role

    As a TeacherMatic Sales Executive you need to possess excellent technical sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a track record in selling software solutions, ideally in an educational context, particularly schools. The TeacherMatic Sales Executive role involves:

    ● Actively seeking potential educational institution clients (predominantly UK schools, colleges, universities etc.)

    ● Delivering compelling presentations and demos, as well as liaising proactively with various internal teams; and

    ● Pursue and support institutions who have been responsive to our sales and marketing activities

    ● Help develop TeacherMatic's reseller and affiliate network

    Success in this role will be measured by the TeacherMatic Sales Executive's ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business. We are looking for someone who is seasoned, hardworking, and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results. The TeacherMatic Sales Executive's expertise in selling technology solutions and your ability to build strong relationships with internal and external teams as well as senior executives will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.

    Your initial focus will be the UK schools' sector but with an eye on other domestic and international opportunities. You will collaborate closely with all the TeacherMatic team, supporting them in a range of marketing initiatives and day-to-day sales activities.

    Objectives of your role

    ● Increase and drive institutional sales.

    ● Identify new potential markets for TeacherMatic.

    ● Identify new functionality or improvements to TeacherMatic that will result in increased business.

    ● Support daily operations and collaborative projects within the Sales and Marketing team.

    ● Collaborate on marketing initiatives that amplify our reach and resonate within the educational technology sector.

    ● Report on sales activity.

    ● Provide support to the Marketing team when needed.

    ● Support and nurture all user group activities.

    ● Support and nurture our reseller partners.

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    ● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

    ● Identify and approach prospective clients in the education industry, including schools, colleges, and universities.

    ● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our generative AI platform.

    ● Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and assistance.

    ● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

    ● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

    ● Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis.

    RequirementsSkills and qualifications

    ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    ● 1–2 years of marketing academic studies or relevant experience.

    ● Proficient in English: Native speaker or C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ● Active project management and multitasking skills.

    ● Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.

    ● Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education technology sector.

    ● Strong understanding of the education industry and the challenges educators face.

    ● Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
