We are excited to be recruiting a Valuation Surveyor (Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor) to join a highly successful independent property consultancy with a strong reputation and a commitment to employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct valuations across various property types, including commercial and residential.
Prepare Red Book valuation reports.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Work collaboratively with other teams within the company
Who We Are Looking For:
MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer with proven Red Book valuation experience.
A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
The ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
