Customer Experience Advisor - 3rd JANUARY START

Syston, Hybrid (2 days office based, 3 days working from home)

C£22,200 + £150 monthly bonus

The Company:


We are working exclusively with Flogas Britain who are recruiting for multiple Customer Experience Advisors to join them on a full or part time basis.

Flogas are recognised for their brilliant reputation as the second largest LPG supplier in the UK and over 35 years' experience providing alternative energy solutions to domestic and commercial customers.


As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will join a vibrant and supportive team who are at the heart of the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable and self-motivated individual who possesses a passion for customer service with experience on the phone or within people facing industries such as hospitality and retail.


Role & Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Advisor:

  • Taking accountability for each enquiry and working with the customer and internal Flogas departments to successfully resolve all queries and challenges
  • Investigating issues and taking the initiative to see things through to successful outcome
  • Managing multiple tasks at any onetime prioritising by importance
  • Ensuring a high level of service is always received by customers
  • Implementing data with high accuracy
  • Adhering to all requisite Flogas and customer standards, procedures and work instructions
  • Remaining resilient when dealing with challenging customers and situations
  • Working as a team player, supporting colleagues when required

About You as the Customer Experience Advisor:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with others
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Someone who is focused and pays attention to detail
  • A cando attitude
  • Good time management
  • IT proficient
