- Responsible for online trading and management of all brand partners, ensuring they are optimised in line with trade directives
- Collaborate and build strong partner relationships for the brand
- Create commercial plans, seasonal calendars and operational roadmaps for each partner to support growth targets
- Lead weekly site walks and regular meetings with partners to optimise ranking and exposure strategy across websites
- Identify and pursue trading opportunities for partners
- Work closely with merchandising and warehouse teams to maintain stock availability and identify stock and sales opportunities
- Set up and maintain of all promotional sale activities on partner sites
- Managing end to end product launch across all partner websites
- Maintain all partner guidelines, brief creative teams for any artwork required on websites
- Working with IT, lead and deliver production improvements to ensure our production processes are continuously reviewed for current and onboarding of new partners
- Effectively manage an Online Partner Assistant development and training, motivate, mentor and celebrate success
