    Executive Assistant

    City of London

    Hybrid (3:2)

    £45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits

    Our client is an established advisory firm looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their firm in London. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to continue their career as an Executive Assistant supporting senior members of their team. This will be a busy and varied role best suited to someone who is organised, proactive and has experience working in professional services.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    As the Executive Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective support to the Senior Partners and proactive diary management for an ever-changing and busy diary.
    • Travel coordination – coordinating flights, accommodation, and itineraries across multiple time zones
    • Internal social media management
    • Inbox management
    • Act as the first point of contact for senior members, ensuring all relevant messages are passed on and priority messages are actioned in time
    • Prepare and create documents and presentations for clients
    • Process expenses and timesheets for the team
    • Provide support to the Client Accounts Team
    • Assist with RNS releases and client research
    WHO YOU ARE

    The ideal Executive Assistant is a friendly, hardworking, and ambitious individual. You must have an acute attention to detail and demonstrable experience using your initiative to complete projects with tight deadlines.
    • Experience supporting senior members within professional services
    • Able to quickly alter priorities and complete tasks on time
    • A people person who can get along with different personalities
    • Comfortable taking responsibility for business-critical tasks
    • Comfortable working independently
    • Project/account management experience
    • A forward-thinking Assistant that can prepare for all outcomes
    • Able to multitask while working under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
