    Dispute Resolution Solicitor

    Location: Devon

    An excellent opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join this busy team.

    In this role you would be managing a mixed case load od litigious and non-contentious civil/commercial matters.

    Ideally you will have 2+ PQE with experience in landlord/tenant contract, shareholder/director disputes and construction matters. As well as demonstratable experience of managing a varied case load, strong client care skills and technical litigation knowledge.
