    Description
    We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Lisburn.

    The role of Head of Delivery is to manage all day-to-day aspects of hotel refurbishment projects on site throughout Ireland.

    This includes the management of subcontractors, suppliers and site teams in lined with the project budget, client expectations and for the full benefit of GDC Interiors.

    This includes responsibility for the financial aspects, ensure efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, ensuring GP is protected for on projects. The role will involve collaborating closely with the Managing Director, Technical Director and all team members.


    MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Oversight and management of each all projects to ensure clients requirements are fully met while in line with how the project has been soldResponsible to ensure all projects are being properly tracked and structured using Procore systemProject Reporting - Manage Status & provide reports where necessary on Revenue, Actual Costs, Committed Costs and WIPWeekly WIP reporting on all projectsOversight of Health and Safety for all sites Ensuring accurate timelines are built for each project and agreed with clientOverseeing the project managers and ensuring every project is tracking correctlyResponsible for the GP of every project and ensure this can be improvedResponsible for subcontractors/suppliers are working to agreed timelinesResponsible to hold weekly client meetings on projects Ad hoc tasks as they arise to support the finance, design, and project teams in all project mattersRequirementsExperience of working with or in hotelsConstruction knowledgeProject management leadership Using Procore or similar project management systemRecognised Project management degree experience is desirableExcellent computer Literacy Skills particularly MS Excel.
