Garden Centre Manager | Monday - Friday | Sidcup | Up to £43,000 plus Bonus and Benefits
Zachary Daniels are recruiting a Garden Centre Manager for a very successful company in Sidcup.

We want to recruit a Garden Centre Manager who is passionate about their business and can offer great service to customers.

As a Garden Centre Manager, you willwork closely with your team to develop a strong relationship and set the standards within your departments.

We want someone who is committed, hard working and passionate about Horticulture and will work closely with other departments in store at all times.

This role is a Monday - Friday role with a salary of up to £43,000 and fantastic benefits.

Ideally you will have strong experience within landscaping and horticulture, along with exceptional high standards.

We want a Garden Centre manager Manager with strong attention to detail, high standards and the confidence to inspire those around you.

You will be able to educate your teams and colleagues to demonstrate outstanding product knowledge at all times.

As a Garden Centre Manager you will manager all aspects of the operation, put customers at the hart of what you do and deliver exceptional results.

You will be able to drive sales, have high visual merchandising standards and ensure the area is attractive and appealing at all times.

The Successful Garden Centre Manager will be:

Strong horticulture experience
Transferable skills
Relevant horti qualifications preferred, not essential
Proven experience of leading large teams
Able to demonstrate a strong background in garden centres/nurseries or horti environments
Motivated to inspire your teams
Effective maintenance of all growing areas
Experience of Horticulture an advantage, or a strong affinity will be considered.
