£30,000 – £35,000 Depending on experience

Currently working with a great client Central Manchester who are looking to appoint a Property Accountant to join their team.

Working hours are Monday – Friday with some flexibility on hours worked.

Key Duties:
Supporting Property Management Clients with accurate & efficient transaction processing.

• First point of Contact for all Clients for reporting & accounting questions associated with their Property
• Working across all areas of Accounts including Sales & Purchas Ledger / Banking & Audit / Client Monies & Service Charge
• Review Client Statements & Payments
• Looking across Data & Performance Measures
• Ad hoc duties

Profile:

• Must have minimum of 2/3 years' experience working in a similar Property Account Role
• Strong Numerical & Analytical Skills – handle Large Quantities of Data
• Experience across all aspects of Bookkeeping & Accounts – including Sales / Purchase Ledger / Cash & Banking
• Can work to Strict Deadlines
• Strong IT skills
• AAT Qualification would be beneficial
