We have a rare opportunity in Clacton-on-Sea for Heat Pump System designers to join our team at CB Heating, one of the most respected names within the renewables sector.
As an established heat pump business with over 20 years of experience and significant revenue growth over the past 2 years, these new positions are required to support future expansion plans on a national scale following our partnership with EDF one of the UK's largest energy suppliers. Teamwork is core to what we do, and we are looking to recruit the right people to support in the delivery of our future ambition. You will be assessing technical surveys of properties , completing heat loss calculations and ultimately designing an Air Source Heat Pump system Installation for our customers. As part of the government's plan to move the UK away from fossil fuels and become less reliant on gas. Knowledge of heat pumps is a benefit, but not essential as full training will be given as well as ongoing support and development.
Our proven training methods provide the perfect platform to help nurture you into the complete Heat pump Designer, enabling a clear pathway in the most rewarding industry, within the ever-evolving world of Renewables.

We are looking for individuals that want to get involved in the heat pump revolution No prior design experience required as we fully train inhouse. A background in Plumbing, Heating or construction would be an advantage.
The Ideal candidate:
Positive mindset always looking for solutions rather than objections.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels.
Would suit individuals with Heating and Engineering Background or have a post graduate Degree.
Competent with programmes such as word / Excel and willing to learn and use our Bespoke design software.
Methodical, organised and driven.
