    Account Manager (Full Time, office-based)

    Our trading platforms are both technologically advanced, and user-friendly. We offer over 300 different trading instruments covering, currencies, digital currency pairs, stocks, indices, commodities, US treasuries, and ETFs.
    Account Manager Salary & Progression breakdown:

    Salary 22,000, after 3 months' probation - 23,000

    Bonuses on top of your base salary, and uncapped commission; Our top performers make much more, but almost all get promoted to Management, Team Leader, or Senior Account Manager roles, six months to a year of being an Account Manager with us.

    Experience is not compulsory, as 7 days' intensive training will be provided, and training is fully paid.
    A successful Account Manager will be responsible for:

    Our sales team makes outbound calls to clients who sign up to our platform, with a view to introducing our products/services.

    We offer full training to our ideal candidates.
    Provision of account management services for an allocated portfolio of clients. To aid in the overall service provision to clients ensuring that the business is developed and maintained.

    To plan and carry out account management and sales activities, to maintain and grow existing customers, in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.

    Explain our products and services to customers and tailor to their needs and requirements.
    Resolving and/or escalating customer account issues in a timely fashion to the appropriate department, and monitoring it to a timely resolution that meets the customer's expectation and satisfaction
    Achieving sales targets associated with existing customer accounts

    Account Manager's must have:
    Desire to work in a sales and client-orientated organization
    Sales personality
    Sales experience
    Bilingual
    Full in-house training
