    Join Our Team as a Site Supervisor: Civils

    Salary: Competitive + company vehicle and fuel card

    Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including work at weekends or overnight.

    About the Site Supervisor vacancy:

    • Full-time, permanent Site Supervisor position, joining our growing Civils team.
    • Assist in overseeing site safety and works for our Civils team along Network Rail routes to ensure safe passage for the UK's transportation industry.
    • Based in Kent and operating across Network Rail's infrastructure in Wessex, Kent, and Sussex, requiring a full driving license.
    • As the first point of contact for the team, you'll supervise and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, leading and motivating teams while ensuring safe working practices.
    • Proactively liaise with the Works Manager to ensure projects are delivered to client requirements and highest standards.
    • Conduct site audits, inspections, and accurate scoping of works, primarily field-based.

    About You:

    • Share our company's ethos and values, possessing experience in a similar role within the Rail industry.
    • Hold a full UK driving license and PTS, may hold COSS and SSSTS certification.
    • Have recent demonstrable experience of minor civils work, preferably on railway
    • Strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a calm, pragmatic approach are essential
