Press Brake Operator - Fitter BMarshall Land Systems are hiring within their production teams. We have opportunities for Press Brake Operator to join us on Permanent basis.
The role of plays a pivotal role in some high-profile military projects, and your ideas and contribution will be valued in a medium-sized business where people really matter.

- Marshall Land Systems have announced that they will be moving the Cambridge site to Alconbury Weald (PE28). Planned move will be towards the end of 2025
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operation/setting of CNC and manual machine tools (brake presses, saws and laser cutters)
- Operation of Pillar drills for various operations, including countersinking and counterboring
- Operation of Guillotine, Corner Notcher, Fly press and manual tooling associated with a manufacturing environment (Training will be available to allow all staff to gain more skills within the department outside the requirements of this job profile)
- Supervision of Apprentices / Trainees when required
- Experience using Manufacturing tooling (CNC / Brake press an advantage)
- Experience in Component Part Manufacturing / Assemblies within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent or timeserved apprentice
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrate high standards of quality at work
- Ability to plan own work load and prioritise
- Flexible approach to work
Based in the UK, with operations in Canada, Marshall Land Systems specialises in the design and production of deployable operational infrastructure and mission support for humanitarian, defence and security operations across the globe.
Other core services include the integration of complex systems into a range of vehicles for use by the military and security services including explosive ordnance disposal and battlefield ambulances all underpinned by a full in-life managed service provision to ensure customers' equipment is available where and when they need it.
