The Call Centre Agent would be responsible for providing guidance and support to customers so that they are satisfied with the services provided.

As a call Centre Agent your main responsibilities will be:

  • Answering inbound and outbound enquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and listen to their concerns.
  • Inform clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products and services.
  • Offer support to customers throughout their whole experience.
  • Provide updates and information about billing and shipping procedures.
  • Always provide a high level of customer service.
  • Use Excel to log relevant information.

Profile

The successful Call Centre Agent will:

  • Have great interpersonal skills with strong communication.
  • Have a willingness to help.
  • Have a friendly and professional approach.
  • Be able to work well under pressure.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Have a positive, customer focused attitude.
  • Have some previous customer service experience.
