Description

Our client based in Tewkesbury requires Production / Manufacturing Operatives to join its team to produce top-of-the range shower trays.

Various shift patterns available. Possibility of permanent positions following a successful trial period.

Working Hours & Rates of Pay:

The following rotating shifts are available:

Monday to Friday
- £10.42 per hour
Monday to Thursday
- £10.42 per hour + £20 per week shift allowance
- £13.03 per hour overtime (after 40 hours per week)

Attendance Bonus £10 per week (based on full attendance and 100% timekeeping)

Main Duties:

To work on production lines:

Pouring measured amounts of resinbased liquids into moulds
Capping filled moulds in the correct manner to ensure proper curing
Removing caps from finished moulds and inspecting product quality
Trimming completed products, drilling any holes and adding fixings if required
Using automated machinery to wrap and pack finished goods
Job functions will be rotated throughout the shift to provide variety and skills acquisition

General Information:

The majority of heavy lifting is handled by machine (full training provided) but there are some duties which will involve some heavy and repetitive manual handling
