    Maintenance Engineer


    Salary:
    £35,000-£38,000 DOE


    Location:
    Raunds, Northamptonshire

    Hours: 6:00-14:00 Mon-Thurs, 6:00-11:30 Fri / 13:30-22:00 Mon-Thurs, 10:30-16:00 Weekly Rotation

    The Benefits

    • Salary between £35,000-£38,000 dependent on experience
    • Overtime paid at time 1⁄2, double time on Sundays

    The Role


    • Minimise production downtime, by carrying out routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and respond to unplanned breakdowns within the stipulated timeframes.
    • Carry out both planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns to plant machinery efficiently and effectively.
    • Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through regular planned maintenance.
    • Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption.
    • Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
    • Carry out all work according to company procedures and Health & Safety Policies
    The Requirements


    • Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment (essential)
    • Multi-skilled Electromechanical Engineer - Mechanical Bias preferred (essential)
    • Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic capabilities (essential)
    • Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous
    • Knowledge of PLC systems (advantageous)
    • Full UK Driving License required
