Michael Page are partnering with a Global Fintech to assist them in hiring a Finance Manager for their London based team.


The company provides end-to-end logistics and trade finance solutions that have been specifically designed to support the global agri-food industry.


Description

Main responsibilities of this Finance Manager role in the Financial Services sector in London:

  • Building an effective reporting system from the ground up
  • Able to build and automate segmental revenue and profit reporting
  • Own a multicurrency, multiaccount AP/AP
  • Own financial models and support management with forecasting
  • Manage 3rd party accountants who run the accounts daytoday
  • Implementation and management of sales commission schemes
  • Share option management and filings with HMRC
  • Work closely with the cofounders supporting on strategic analysis
  • Undertake budgeting, financial and strategic analysis

Profile

  • ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified
  • 12 years post qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of the required accounting structures, tools and processes to build a finance function
  • Proactive and collaborative selfstarter who wants to shape a finance function
  • Strong financial analysis skills able to undertake and present complex analysis
  • Results driven and selfaccountable
