    Overview:
    Must have SC Clearance Certificate

    We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of our DevOps practices and infrastructure.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up CI/CD pipelines, implementing infrastructure as code (IaC), orchestrating and managing containers, and deploying and monitoring applications on Azure cloud platform.


    Responsibilities:


    Set up and automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools to enable continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of software applications.

    Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or other tools to provision and manage Azure resources and environments.

    Orchestrate and manage containers using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker Swarm, or other container orchestration platforms to support microservices-based architectures and containerized applications.

    Deploy applications to Azure cloud platform using containerized solutions, Azure App Service, or virtual machines, ensuring scalability, availability, and performance.

    Monitor and optimize application performance, availability, and resource utilization using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or similar monitoring and logging tools.

    Collaborate with development teams to streamline the build, test, and release processes and improve overall development efficiency and productivity.
    Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for DevOps-related issues and incidents, and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
    Stay up-to-date with Azure DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices, and recommend and implement process improvements and automation enhancements.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on Azure cloud platform and DevOps practices.
    Strong proficiency in setting up and automating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
    Experience in implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or similar tools.

    Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Docker Swarm, and container orchestration platforms like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

    Knowledge of application deployment and monitoring tools and techniques, including Azure App Service, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, etc.
    Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
    Familiarity with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
    Knowledge of microservices architecture, serverless computing, and cloud-native development practices.
    Experience with DevOps methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
