Factory Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week ( dayshift)


Days:
Monday - Friday

Permanent

responsible for overseeing the days to day running of the factory, production and logistics including:
Plan and forecast of materials and resources to ensure production schedules are adhered to.
Review and implement production processes to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality and health and safety.
Allocate work, monitor performance, motivate, mentor, train and develop staff
Oversee up keep of factory site and organise maintenance where required.

Must have previous experience of manufacturing management including planning of materials and resources and knowledge of continuous improvement processes.
Must have a good understanding of health & safety and relevant qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH)

Must have a good level of organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to work to deadlines and quality standards.

Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
Must have B1 Forklift Licence and a full driver's licence.
