    Office Assistant

    For a Private Commercial Property Business based in Green Park

    5 days in the office

    This is a fast-paced environment so the type of candidate that will thrive here will work well under pressure and be proactive, organised and solution-orientated.

    The role:

    Office Assistant role working alongside the Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, adobe (extra excel knowledge would be helpful)
    • Creating presentations/ proposals
    • Working with numbers and invoices
    • Managing team diaries
    • Arranging team/zoom meetings
    • Assistance with travel and client events.
    • Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple deadlines
    • Organising and managing corporate events
    • Maintaining office supplies
    • Ability to communicate clearly/concisely
    • Building rapport over the phone and in person with tenants and partners
    • Exercise discretion, quick decision making and strong problem-solving skills
    • Quick/keen learner

    Candidate:

    • Must have 6 months – 1 year previous office experience
    • Experience in the property world is a big plus
