Panel Beater - Bolton
£28,000 basic salary

£30,000 OTE

Our client, an excellent franchised dealer group, is looking to recruit an experienced Panel Beater

Key responsibilities of the Bodyshop Panel Beater:

  • To carry out body repairs in an efficient, skilful and safe manner.
  • Use correct repair methods in line with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Repair the vehicle right first time to eliminate wastage.
  • Work over 100% efficiency.
  • Clean and tidy mindset.

The Ideal Bodyshop Panel Beater:

  • Panel Beater certification, or equivalent vocational training.
  • Be able to work independently whilst remaining part of a team.
  • Be highly organised and flexible with their approach to work.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be focused on attention to detail.
  • Good manual skills, accuracy and precision.
  • Physically fit and able to operate heavy machinery.
  • Availability to work overtime when needed.
  • General welding and brazing experience.
  • Ability to operate mechanical, hydraulic and metalworking equipment.
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive industry safety specifications and regulations.

Working hours/days:
40 hours per week

Working shift pattern between 6am and 8pm (8.5-hour day)

Monday to Friday

Salary:

£28k basic

£30k OTE Uncapped and guys all earning MUCH more
