    • We are searching for a talented and experienced Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, specifically in the Natural Language Processing area, implementing LLM, RAG, knowledge graphs, and multi-agents, who can be part of our energetic, friendly, driven, and focused team.

    Role Description

    This is a contract (remote) position for a Machine Learning / Generative AI Engineer at Alphaleon.

    Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for developing and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLM, RAG, and RAG with Agents.
    • Provide consultancy on Gen AI-based solutions to clients.
    • We are a fully remote company but are ideally seeking a candidate based in the UK.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI research and development, with a portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Named Entity Recognition (NER), and Chatbot Development.
    • Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Transformers, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
    • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace libraries.
    • Proficient in MLOps & DevOps Tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
    • Good knowledge about databases, proficient in SQL and ORM tools such as SQL Alchemy.
    • Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
    • Experience with AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, EC2, S3, EKS, Bedrock, Kendra).
    • Keep up with the latest developments in the field.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
