    Role:
    Data Workstream Lead

    Location: 4 days from home, 1 day in their Midlands Office
    People Services HRSS data requirements
    Programme area data requirements (EP1, Worcester, HR Improvement)
    Payroll data
    Oracle 'inner workings'
    Oracle 'find and fix' list


    Project management:
    Responsible for capturing data related workstream deliverables and data dependencies for all programme areas
    Create data workstream plan and project manage delivery of plans
    Responsible for risk and issues management
    Responsible for data work stream progress reporting
    Liaise with IT function / Oracle programme team and represent PS data interests at Design Authority and CAB


    Data management:
    Lead all People Services data requirements capture activities ie requirements created in HRSS process design work stream
    Liaise with Oracle / DTS to ensure business requirements are translated into technical requirements
    Set up and manage data related problem-solving activities as appropriate / in collaboration with data owners


    Data management:
    Ensure data ownership within PS is clear and defined
    Responsible for designing, testing and implementing data extraction routines in cooperation with DTS, ensuring they comply with DTS governance rules and that any work arounds are capable and quality assured
    Where required set up and lead data cleansing activities
