Description

Founder Danny Gray, a mental health advocate and inspiring speaker, is the driving force behind JAAQ's mission. His story and efforts in the mental health space are instrumental in JAAQ's growth.

As part of the JAAQ team, you will work closely with Danny Gray, the Chief Creative Officer Ash Metfield, and CMO Louise Cruttenden.

Together, you will help Danny become a recognised brand figure in the mental health sector, similar to what Joe Wicks has done for physical health.

Responsibilities include content creation, event planning, speaking engagements, PR management, partnership development, podcast appearances, and social media management.

Collaborating with Founder Danny Gray to oversee his schedule, brand development, and partnership engagements, ensuring he remains effective and organised.
Assist in organising Danny's time and schedule, contributing to meetings, and following up on brand and marketing opportunities.
You will help with content creation, events, speaking gigs ( finding and planning) PR (working and managing the PR agency), partnerships (some leading brands such as Adidas and Chelsea FC), podcasts and social media

About You...

Enjoys working with founders and creatives in fast moving start up environments while simplifying ideas into actionable plans.
Excited about a role that offers a mix of brand, content, and talent management.
A creative and commercial marketer who can turn ideas into action, experience of personal branding is a bonus.
Have high attention to detail, for everything from organising a supper club or ensuring that every contact we have is synced to our CRM
Truly tenacious and an instinctive negotiator
Excellent at building rapport, comfortable in a room of strangers

Salary:
Up to £45,000 dependent on experience,

Location:
We have a fabulous office in Baker Street London and this would be mostly office based with Danny 3-4 days a week, out and about at cool stuff in London then Fridays at home (and opp to occasionally work another day at home if you need on top of Fridays)
