    This brand ison a mission to become the leading plant-powered food brand on planet.

    To support with this growth ambitions, they're looking for anoutstanding Senior Brand Manager to continually evolve and improve the current portfolioand be responsible for project managing and launching new innovations.

    This is a pivotal role in the marketing team, and at the heart of the whole business,
    with a stretching mix of strategic thinking, cross-functional project management and
    creativity. The role reports directly into the Marketing Director.

    Setting the annual brand plan for their product market, acting as a 'mini MD' for their ranges, with responsibility to hit the revenue and margin targets set
    Providing consumer & competitor insights
    Continuously tracking progress vs the brand strategy, recommending strategic and tactical interventions as necessary
    Working closely with the commercial team, fuelling them with inspiring and compelling retailer decks, finding the nuggets of consumer & category insight to maximise opportunities for new listings and distribution wins
    Managing EPD (recipe improvements) and NPD (totally new innovations) through our 'decision point' process
    Using critical paths and other project management tools brilliantly, to run cross-functional projects and also work with external suppliers
    Supporting the Marketing Director to fill the 'NBT' (next big thing) innovation funnel, with high potential concepts based on external inspiration from food safaris / trade shows
    Critically reviewing all EPD & NPD after launch, with performance tracking & learnings
    Working with a dotted line to the category insights manager, whilst independently running consumer research and recommending new approaches
    Managing a Junior Brand Manager, leading by example & supporting their development

    Experience ina blue chip FMCG
    Experience working in astart-up / scale-upbrand
    People management experience.
    Experience managing cross-functional projects, with an exceptional eye for detail and ability to handle complex critical paths
    Ability to communicate brilliantly (both verbally and written) with otherteam members and external suppliers
    A naturally creative and curious mind, with a finger on the pulse for innovation that iswinning across UK and international markets, to inspire NBT ideas
    A natural leader mindset, with high energy and ability to influence internal & externalstakeholders
    A creative flair, thinking outside the box, whilst being thrifty with budgets
    Experience thrivingin the ever-changing, challenging and sometimes ambiguous landscape of"start-up life"


    Salary:
    £55-60k


    Logistics:
    Paddington office with hybrid hours (3 days in office/2 WFH is preferred)
