    Sales Manager - Basic salary negotiable - OTE £80k

    A successful SAAS business are looking for an inspiring Sales Manager who thrives on training, coaching and developing people to be the best they can be.

    • Motivate your team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Be responsible for leading, coaching, and monitoring the performance of a Sales Team.

    • Identify their strengths and gaps and work with them to ensure they reach their full potential and achieve set targets and objectives.

    What/who are we are looking for:

    • A strong personal track record in sales
    • Relevant B2B experience and a proven track record of enabling your team to deliver results.
    • A knack for identifying sales potential, keeping your team engaged, motivated, and driven to succeed.
    • An strong understanding of a Business to Business Sales process
    • Driving your team to achieve outstanding results
    • The ability to analyse KPIs, identify improvements, understand how they impact performance
    • Salesforce experience
