Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join the team at an Outstanding Academy in London.


Our client is a highly regarded inner-London Academy who are outstanding in every area with a strong focus on academic excellence and personal development for all students.

The school is dedicated to providing its students with the best possible educationand seeks to appoint a Cover Supervisor who shares this commitment.

A minimum of 1 year experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role

A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives

Strong behaviour management skills

The ability to deliver engaging and informative lessons to pupils

A flexible and adaptable approach to work

A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential

A supportive and friendly working environment

The opportunity to become a permanent member of staff with a view to a long-term career in education

The school is located in the vibrant and bustling area of Southwark, with excellent transport links including numerous bus routes and Elephant & Castle station.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover full work history
  • Legal right to work in the UK
