You will already be working in HR and looking to support all areas of recruitment, on boarding, benefitsadministration, training and competence.

This is a generalist Human Resources role and you will be building relationships with employees at all levels of the business.


Duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for new employees
  • Creating contracts, offer letters and paperwork for new joiners
  • Updating systems to track new starters, as well as updating managers
  • Completing checks such as referencing
  • Undertaking inductions with new joiners
  • Taking ownership of the probation period process
  • Supporting and advising managers and employees on all HR policy and procedures
  • Supporting with employee relations and sickness administration
  • Updating any employee changes including leave, absence, and terms and conditions of employment
  • Assist with Compliance of all HR documentation
  • Communicate and update any contract changes
