Full time for 35 hours per week
**Contract Type - Open ended

This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns.

We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.


The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistently high customer service across the Easter Bush campus in relation to research related administrative business support and the provision of data to a wide range of staff including the Research Operations Manager and Postgraduate Research Student Administrators


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Relevant qualifications for this role plus demonstrable experience or equivalent relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Welldeveloped organisational, time management and task prioritisation skills; ability to organise and prioritise own work and to work under pressure, with the initiative and judgement to resolve many daytoday problems independently
  • Great attention to detail and good numerical skills
  • Excellent allround administrative skills and good knowledge of Microsoft 365 software (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint) with good working knowledge of Excel essential. Flexible approach and excellent team player
