TeamSales are looking for experienced New Homes Sales Consultants within the Colchester and surrounding areas due to an increasing demand for temporary cover. We are looking for regular support for ad-hoc and long-term bookings for a variety of Housebuilders, Agents and Housing Associations.
This could also be the perfect role for someone looking for flexible part-time or full-time work.

It is also an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to and showcase your Sales Expertise in front of UK's leading New Homes Developers.

Many of our temp Sales Negotiators are offered permanent roles by clients they temp for.


Client requirements:


  • Experience of selling New Homes
  • A Knowledge of Shared Ownership is an advantage
  • Able to provide first class customer service
  • Excellent personal presentation and organisation skills
  • IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
  • Must have access to own car

Days / Hours / Info:


  • Sites are open 7 days a week
  • Temping gives you the flexibility to choose the days you work
  • Average opening times are 10am to 5pm but can vary slightly

What's on offer?

  • From £11.00 an hour
  • Mileage allowance if applicable
  • Holiday pay accrued for every hour you work
