Senior HR Advisor – Stoke-On-Trent - c£40k-£50k plus bens - Permanent

You'll be a proactive, solutions-led HR professional playing your part as a trusted adviser to the management team & wider colleagues, and the role represents a fantastic opportunity to join the business as they embrace continued growth and development plans for the future.

Initially, you will draw on your employee relations, performance management, employee development, and coaching skills to help the business navigate a volume of employee relations issues.

You'll provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.

As the HR team evolves, so will your role and scope. There is a very real opportunity to progress within this business.

With sound employee relations experience, you will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on building relationships and coaching others to influence and facilitate change.

Proven HR experience from within a blue-collar environment would be highly advantageous
