Business Systems Support Analyst - Bedfordshire
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team within an insurance organisation.


As a Business Systems Analyst you will ensure consistent quality of solutions is provided to insurance business users by interacting with the business regularly and effectively to understand their needs.


  • Investigate, analyse and prioritise incidents and service requests for the business systems
  • Develop a good working knowledge of insurance broking systems
  • Keep uptodate with system enhancements and changes
  • Provide assistance with User Application Testing for software upgrades and patching

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar support or systems administration role
  • Basic knowledge of Insurance or Insurance systems
  • Salesforce knowledge would be beneficial
