Future Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading brickwork subcontractor specializing in residential construction projects ranging from 70 to 200 units with sites located in North West London.

As a Brickwork Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of brickwork construction projects within the residential sector.

From managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to maintaining project timelines and budgets, you will be responsible for delivering projects to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of brickwork construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating risks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
