    CNTW is regulated by the national healthcare regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Rose Lodge is a learning disability specialist assessment and treatment inpatient unit based in Hebburn, South Tyneside.

    All of the learning disability specialist assessment and treatment wards offer a multi-disciplinary approach (based on Bio-Psycho-Social Mode of Care) to care for adults aged 18 and over with learning disabilities and mental health problems or severely challenging behaviour.

    The post holder will have clinical experience of working within an inpatient services, demonstrating an understanding of complex needs and management of risks within an learning disability setting.

    CNTW NHS Foundation Trust will not provide sponsorship for this role.
    Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team using a community based approach.
    Proven ability to manage a clinical caseload in a flexible manner as required.
    Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Registered Learning Disability Nurse (as appropriate) or equivalent relevant professional qualification
