- Clean and Valet vehicles
- Always maintain highest level of Customer Service.
- Check vehicles thoroughly before delivery and on collection.
- Validate customers and manage Risk.
- Complete Rental Agreement in a legible manner making sure all essential information is captured,
- Clearly explain all charges to the customers, to include refuelling charges and excess liability.
- Carefully explain return policy to all customers
- Show customers around the vehicle and accurately fill in the VCR.
- Make sure all documents are signed in the correct place
- Must be aged 25 years and over.
- Willingness to work flexibly to meet business and customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Strong team player
- Ability to build good rapport with and give excellent service to customers
