HLTA Responsibilities:

• Good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Have experience of delivering quality learning experiences for pupils
• Follow school policies and procedures with regards to safeguarding and behaviour
• Work with children of mixed abilities including SEND
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students

HLTA Requirements:

• Level 4 or above HLTA certificate
• UK experience as a HLTA
• An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to complete a new DBS
