Rotherham | Hybrid | £26,000 to £30,000

Permanent | Full-time | WDE-RECR

Working Hours:
Office hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5 p.m. This role will be partially hybrid, as agreed with your manager.

Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities:

Account management of a key client and their agency staffing
Drivers primarily but also industrial temps where required.
Conducting service meetings with clients to build positive relationships and to gain a good understanding of their company, industry, culture and team.
New sales development businesstobusiness
Arranging and attending key industry events and networking opportunities
To run the weekly bookings for all driving staff
Liaise with clients, ensuring drivers are efficiently booked out to work daily/ weekly

Ability to generate new business in a professional manner.
Build rapport quickly, strengthen relationships and deliver results.
Ambitious, driven and possess a positive outlook.
To conduct effective sales meetings (facetoface and virtually)
To identify crossselling opportunities within your team and across the WDE Group
