- Implement and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
- Actively improve reliability, quality and scalability of our systems through the use of automation.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to identity post incident improvements to prevent similar issues occurring again.
- Ensure services are kept update by running upgrades on AWS services such as MSK, RDS.

Help lead our Software Development team to success
We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who can help us design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable, reliable services. As an SRE you will work within our Platform team to build and run the core components that power the CityFibre ecosystem.
