    Providing sound, pragmatic advice and guidance to the business on employee relations matters, including the interpretation and application of industrial instruments,
    Co-ordinate and assist in the planning, preparation and management of any collective contracts negotiations,
    Lead and support business transformation/change projects,
    Liaison with internal legal counsel for the drafting of Employment/Industrial documentation,
    Develop and facilitate training for first line Managers in conjunction with the broader human resources team.
    Tertiary qualifications in law, human resource management or a related field preferred.
    Proven experience in supporting and advising on organisational transformation and change programs,
    Strong working knowledge of relevant employment/industrial laws and experience with containment / positive employee relations
    Proven experience in understanding and interpreting Industrial Instruments and Collective Bargain Agreements (CBAs)
    This position is hybrid. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
