This role has a strong focus on the development and management of the work order process, this involves liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met and quality outputs are achieved.

IT Network Quotation Analyst Job Description:

Working within the TfL AWN Project Controls Function, t he purpose of the IT Network Qu otation Analyst is to provide our client with timely and accurate responses to their requests for quotes .

T his role has a strong focus on the development and management of the work order process, this involves liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met and quality outputs are achieved.

Responsible for escalations to Account Controls M anager/ Controls Director
Cap turing the R esource , and Technical Service s sold in each proposal for review at the weekly resource meeting and to enable capacity planning
Ad-hoc tasks as required to support the wider Controls Function
Experience working on large Network / WAN/LAN programmes would be advantageous
Intermediate to advanced MS Project & Excel essential
