Having built it's brand on providing the best workspace in the market, the company has evolved it's offering to reflect the new requirements of occupiers for now and in the future. 2024 has seen the start of their next phase of growth, with this newly created position crucial for their success. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Sales, the role will lead the sourcing and development of key Agent and Broker relationships for the business. With a combination of strategic marketing, relationship building and after sales service, this role will support the strategic growth through lead generation to supporting the full sales life cycle.
    The RoleOwn all strategic relationships in the wider Real Estate sector:

    Commercial Agents, Brokers and Referring PartnershipsMaximise the lead generation and enquiry levelsProactively manage all internal and external communications pertaining to new locations and availabilityDesign and innovate incentives and engagement eventsBe the reference point for market developments, pricing and innovationSupport colleagues with accurate reporting, sales support and client relationship managementIdentify and engage with new potential partners and agents in the marketAttend key events on behalf of the company Requirements3+ Years of Coworking or Commercial Workspace Sales / Marketing ExperienceStrong and demonstrable track record of account and relationship managementPassionate about the workplace and office industry and marketCollaborative and inclusive working styleExcellent Communication and Presentation skillsAmbitious and keen to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial cultureKeen to develop your career with a market leading brand that welcomes new ideas, autonomy and ambition.
