Our client is an international leader in technology based solutions for the construction industry.

We are currently supporting them in the search for a Senior Commercial Paralegal to join their team in Basingstoke to start ASAP.

As a Senior Paralegal , you'll collaborate across the business, bridging the legal operations in different regions. Your role involves supporting various legal aspects, including corporate, commercial, and regulatory compliance.

Review, advise and draft commercial contracts.
Collaborate with leadership on diverse legal projects and initiatives.
Stay updated on legal guidelines and regulations, proposing necessary adjustments.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and joint business projects.
Conduct audits to ensure company-wide legal compliance.
Advise management on contractual matters and compliance issues.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
Develop and update legal templates and documents.
Provide training on legal best practices to internal stakeholders.

You must be a self-starter working able to work in a fast-paced environment , ideally you will have 3 years of experience in commercial contracts drafting, reviewing and negotiating.

A bonus will be if you are fluent in either Spanish or English.
