About this Role:

The Assistant Head of Year will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Year in ensuring the progress, achievement and involvement of students in all aspects of school life and in ensuring that students display Bedford Academy (BA) values, understand our ethos and follow the BA Way.

To contribute to the high standards that are set by the Bedford Academy pastoral team at every opportunity, with a clear focus on developing best practice across the school.
