PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with the wider business to assist them with updating the ATS and wider recruitment process.
Inputting and manipulating data from our ATS to multiple excel workbooks.
Auditing vacancies on the ATS ensuring correct approvals, benefit alignments & the data is accurate and uniformed.
Sending communications from the ATS for jobs and offers in approval.
Assisting the team with coordinating and scheduling interviews.
Assisting the wider team with their reporting on time to hire, direct recruitment stats and live vacancies amongst others.
Cleansing the ATS to ensure compliance with GDPR.
Assist with biannual PSL reviews.
Supporting the Talent Manager with administration in project work
Providing support to the Learning and Development team in line with the early careers cycle.
