    The Role

    The Talent Acquisition Consultant will oversee the management of candidates who have applied via job boards. This will involve outbound qualification calls, emails and candidate management where necessary to maintain a consistent influx of high-calibre candidates into the Furza assessment process.

    We're looking for ambitious, confident and driven candidates who want to make an active contribution to the company's success. They will assist in identifying candidates keen on pursuing a sales career, accurately assessing their suitability for the Furza process, and taking responsibility for guiding them through the entire process from application to placement.

    Key responsibilities:

    • To develop a clear understanding of Furza's model and processes
    • To qualify and manage the candidate database
    • To identify high potential talent for client sales teams
    • Be involved in assessment centres and client/candidate interaction
    • Attend candidate marketing events
    • Diary management to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
