An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR & Payroll Officer for an education provider in West London.

This will be a 42 week a year role, based 5 days a week in the office reporting directly to the HR Manager and Finance Manager.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • A varied role with 70% focused on HR and the other 30% focused on Payroll
  • Ensuring the HRIS is up to date
  • Amending contracts and writing up offer letters
  • Manage the monthly payroll process
  • Being the first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Complete all DBS and background checks

Key Skills & Experience required:

  • An excellent communicator with great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a HR Administration role
  • Previous experience with Payroll an advantage
  • CIPD Qualified or working towards this is advantageous
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Familiar with UK Employment Law
